Metal design panels for sophisticated and modern interiors

Metal design panels combine architectural sharpness with an exclusive, contemporary expression, creating environments where materiality, light and form interact. The metallic surface adds visual depth and character through natural reflections that change with the room's light and lighting.

The surface structure and finish capture and reflect light in a vibrant way, giving the walls movement, contrast and a clear spatial presence. The result is an interior with both visual weight and a sophisticated play of light, where the panels function as an architectural design element rather than a technical solution.

Frequently asked questions about metal design panels

What is a metal design panel?

A metal design panel is a smooth wall or ceiling panel with a decorative metal surface, designed to create an architectural and exclusive expression. Our metal design panels are based on advanced metal surfaces and are used where the focus is on material feel, light play and aesthetics – not sound absorption.

What metals are the design panels made of?

Our metal design panels are available in aluminum, brass and copper. The surfaces have different character and reflection, making it possible to create everything from subtle and sophisticated environments to more expressive and architectural interiors.

Are the metal design panels handmade?

Yes. Our metal panels have handmade surfaces, which means that each panel has natural variations in texture, tone and reflection. This gives a vibrant and genuine expression where each panel is unique.

What is the difference between metal design panels and acoustic panels?

Metal design panels are completely smooth and developed with a focus on aesthetics, materiality and architectural expression. They do not have a sound-absorbing function. Acoustic panels, on the other hand, are designed to improve the acoustics of the room and have an open structure for sound absorption.

In which environments are metal design panels best suited?

Metal design panels are ideal for homes, offices, hotels, restaurants, shops and other commercial or public environments where walls and ceilings should function as an active design element and contribute to the room's identity.

Can metal design panels be used in bathrooms or humid environments?

Yes, the panels can be used in damp interior environments such as bathrooms, provided they are not installed in wet room zone A (directly in the shower). The panels are made of a moisture-resistant material and the metal surfaces are suitable for indoor use.

How do you clean and maintain the metal panels?

The metal surfaces are easily cleaned with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Abrasive or strong chemicals should be avoided.

Can metal design panels be used as splashbacks in kitchens?

Yes, metal design panels can be used as splashbacks in kitchens, for example behind a sink or work surface. The metal surface is protected by a thin, transparent layer of epoxy, which makes the surface more durable and easy to clean in everyday kitchen environments.

The panels are intended for indoor use and should not be mounted directly behind a hob or open flame without sufficient safety distance. For harsher environments or higher loads, we can also produce specific metal surfaces with extra protection, adapted to the project's requirements.

Metal that shapes space and atmosphere

Metal design panels offer great opportunities to shape rooms with a clear identity and atmosphere. In private environments, metal can add contrast and elegance – as a highlighted background wall in the living room, a ceiling solution that catches the light or an accent in the hall and dining room. In combination with wood, stone and soft textiles, a balanced whole is created where the industrial meets the cozy.

In public and commercial environments, metal panels act as a powerful architectural statement. Hotels, restaurants, offices and lounges gain a distinct character where the surfaces contribute to a spatial experience. Light, shadows and reflections interact across the surface of the panels, giving the room depth, dynamism and an exclusive feel that changes throughout the day.
